I. Foil/Film Laminations

Foil: Gauges ranging from .000196 through .00035 (Standard Gauges). Any gauge can be specifically ordered, i.e., .001, .002, .005.

Film: Gauges range from 38-gauge mil to 4 mil or other popular mill Calipers the following types of film:

• Acetate
• Cellophane
• Polypropylene
• Polyester
• Polystyrene
• Holographic or Diffraction Film
• Clear, dyed or coated films
• Matte finish films
• Metallized, full or patterned
• Microwave and susceptor film
• Corona or chemically treated

II. Coating Methods
Unifoil has three types of coating methods available:

1. Gravure coating (single or double bump) - 66" max. width
2. Air knife coating - 53" max. widths
3. Mayer Rod coating - 66" max.

III. Metallizing
Unilustre and new UltraLustre are environmentally friendly alternatives. Unifoil metallizes board, paper and plastics in the following manner:

1. Full coverage silver or custom color.
2. Holographic or diffraction grading (stock or custom design).
3. Selective or strip metallizing. Multi web metallizing and metallizing.

IY. Sheeting

Unifoil can precisely sheet material 66" x 96".
Unifoil can optically sheet to register.

V. Precision Cutting

Unifoil can precision cut 3" x 6" to 72 x 110" trim squared 4 sides.

VI. Slitting

Unifoil can (optically) precison slit 3/4" to 72" wide material on 3", 4", 6", 8" and 12" cores to any diameter up to 72".

VII. Laminating, Coating and Metallizing

Capabilities are up to 66" wide by 72 OD.

VIII. Special Processes

• Dry bond laminations
• Susceptor film to paper or board used in microwave cooking with release coating available with a proprietary scented coatings.
• 3-ply laminating, such as foil on both sides
  • film to paper then to board
  • paper to stock with light block coating in middle for "stop-lite" sign stock
  • coated foil to board with acetate film laminated over foil
  • foil trapped by two papers
• Ramdom printing such as safety message to the inner side of medical packaging
• Color coated one side with heat seal coating on other side
• Embossing
• Embossed foil one side with color coating on the other side
• Foil, film and paper combinations
• Secure lottery papers (foil and non-foil)

IX. Equipment Capability
